Clarins aimed at creating brand awareness and brand mention through digital landscape of beauty tips and advices by partnership with beauty influencers for their newly launched Hydra Essential in Malaysia within 3 months. The media platforms used to create the noise were mainly in influencers Instagram and supported by Youtube and Facebook. The posts in this campaign had an above average engagement rate of 2.68%.
Besides product reviews and brand mention content for Ramadan-Raya 2019, some influencers were invited to have a skin consultation in physical store to experience and learn more about the product. To increase the hype of Hydra Essentiel most of them did shoutout on Instagram stories to leverage the skin consultation and receive product sample to try out before purchasing.
